This 1890's Heritage listed home was completely renovated - an open-plan living & dining area, large main bathroom and new kitchen were created to bring the home into the current era, with modern Victorian design details allowing the renovations to remain sympathetic to the era of the house.
Original floorboards were restored and intricate ceiling roses retained, while hydronic heating panels were installed throughout each room in the house, and under-tile heating in the bathroom and kitchen
